You'll influence practice, build capacity in schools and help shape a progressive clinical service.What makes this role different:• Meaningful, long-term impact in education settings• Genuine multidisciplinary working every day• Balance of direct therapy, consultancy and training• Opportunities to shape service development• Supportive team culture that values your expertiseYour impact in this role:You'll be a key clinical voice within a collaborative team that includes Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Advisory Teachers, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners and Sleep Practitioners.You will:• Deliver specialist Speech and Language Therapy across Universal, Targeted and Specialist levels• Support children and young people with complex communication needs, including learning disabilities and Autism• Provide consultation, advice and training to school staff, families and carers• Support complex case management and mentor developing clinicians• Contribute to audit, innovation and service development• Ensure practice aligns with professional standards and evidence-based approachesYour work will directly improve access to learning, participation and wellbeing.You're a confident, compassionate clinician who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
