Key Responsibilities
* Create digital-led integrated communications initiatives.
* Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms.
* Manage end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, monitoring, and optimization to meet KPIs.
* Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations to improve future performance.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital media operations.
* Proficient in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Strong understanding of digital KPIs and campaign optimization.
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident managing budgets and timelines.
* Good project management and communication skills.
Nice to Have
* Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification.
* Experience with tracking code implementation (e.g., Meta Pixel, GTM), GA4 and data tools like Looker Studio.
* Agency experience or multi-client account management.
