About the role
Vision for Educatio is seeking experienced Science, Teacher to work in an alternate provision in Redditch on a full-time basis.
Hours 0830-3.30pm Monday – Friday.
About the Role:
1. Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to students with Social Emotional Mental Health.
2. Adhere to school policies while fostering a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
3. Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.)
4. The role is on a full-time basis with the possibility to be a permanent for the right candidate.

About You:
9. Qualified Teacher Status with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit pupils of all abilities, while building strong rapport.
10. Experience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health and childhood trauma. PGCE or QTS.
11. A strong understanding of how to engage with students within lessons and tailor learning to fit their individual needs.
12. A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check.
