Schedule: Monday to Friday working 40hours per week

The Opportunity

As Hospitality Manager, you will oversee and elevate the end-to-end hospitality experience across the executive floors, board-level meetings, and high-profile internal events. You will directly manage three key team leads, spanning multiple service areas, and ensure the flawless execution of bespoke, discreet, and high-level service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Leadership
o Lead the delivery of all hospitality services across Shell HQ and IBM events
o Ensure a 5-star service standard across executive floors, meetings, and events
o Coordinate with internal Sodexo departments to create a seamless service journey
o Manage floor appearance in partnership with IFM teams to executive standards
* Team Management
o Lead and mentor a high-performing hospitality team across multiple locations
o Train, coach, and inspire your team to deliver elevated service with finesse
o Drive “One Team” culture to unify efforts across service functions
o Conduct performance reviews, manage training plans, and identify future talent
* Client & Stakeholder Engagement
o Build trusted relationships with PAs, senior executives, and key stakeholders
o Provide responsive, bespoke solutions tailored to executive preferences
o Promote client satisfaction through continuous engagement and service excellence
* Compliance & Standards
o Ensure strict adherence to Sodexo and statutory policies (H&S, Food Safety, Allergen Compliance)
o Maintain accurate reporting for all events and service metrics
o Drive innovation and continuous improvement through structured feedback and insight
* Strategic Contribution
o Support the Account Manager in aligning hospitality strategy with business goals
o Evaluate opportunities for service development and recommend enhancements
o Manage vendor compliance, forecasting, and performance tracking in line with KPIs

What You Bring:

* Proven experience in high-end hospitality or fine dining at an executive level
* Understanding of discretion, diplomacy, and service excellence
* Confident in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Strong knowledge of H&S, food safety, and compliance (IOSH preferred)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; poised and presentable at all times
* Experience managing services across multiple locations and leading diverse teams
* Proficient in MS Office and hospitality management systems
