Order Processing and Dispatch Coordinator

Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience

Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf of a well-established fresh produce business based in East Lothian for an experienced Order Processing and Dispatch Coordinator. This is a key role within a fast-paced packing and logistics environment, ensuring accurate order processing, effective stock allocation and timely customer deliveries.
Please note, due to the location of the site, candidates must have their own transport.
The Role
The Order Processing and Dispatch Coordinator plays a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the dispatch function, overseeing retailer orders, transport bookings and system updates to support the smooth and efficient dispatch of high-quality fresh produce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive and process daily retailer orders via email, ERP systems such as Tropos, and EDI platforms
2. Plan and allocate stock to meet customer orders, working closely with the packing team where required
3. Configure pallets to meet customer and transport requirements and accurately record dispatch information
