We're now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of a diverse client portfolio. The position is full time, 37.5 hours per week.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible or managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your day-to-day will include:
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and their portfolios
Reviewing accounts, tax returns, VAT returns and preparing insightful reports
Drafting professional correspondence and letters to clients
Raising accurate invoices in a timely manner
Ensuring deadlines are met for both you and your team
Monitoring and following up on outstanding fees
Handling new client enquiries with confidence and clarity
Supporting directors with their workload as needed
Liaising with external stakeholders such as HMRC on behalf of clients
