My client in the LS9 area require x 2 Aftersales & Warrenty Engineers. The Role The Aftersales & Warranty Engineer will act as the single point of contact for customers for all aftersales and warranty matters, managing the full lifecycle of cases from initial notification to final resolution. The role requires strong technical understanding, problem-solving, and customer-focused communication, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Site Services, Production, Engineering, Planning, and Quality teams, this position ensures that aftersales and warranty activities drive product reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage all aftersales and warranty cases from first notification to closure Conduct on-site inspections to diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and Bills of Material (BOMs) for rectification work Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Coordinate site interventions and monitor progress to ensure timely, high-quality completion Record and track all events in the ERP system, providing accurate reporting and trend analysis Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance product design, processes, and service delivery Skills & Experience Experi...
