The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Media Buyer with a passion for paid social—specifically Meta ads.
You’ll work alongside senior Media Buyers to support campaign execution, dive into data, and learn how to build and scale successful Meta campaigns. As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility and eventually manage your own accounts (and earn commission doing it!).
What You'll Do
* Assist in launching, optimising, and analysing Meta ad campaigns
* Work with the creative team to brief new ad assets and suggest iterations
* Track performance and help generate weekly/monthly reports
* Stay on top of Meta updates and industry trends
* Learn directly from experienced Media Buyers through structured onboarding and mentoring
* Gradually take on and manage smaller client accounts
What We’re Looking For
âś… 1+ years of experience running Meta ads (agency, brand-side, or freelance)
âś… Comfortable using Meta Ads Manager
âś… Strong interest in paid social and performance marketing
âś… Detail-oriented and data-curious
âś… Clear communicator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
