In this varied position, you will play a key technical role in improving existing products, driving reliability and performance improvements. You will conduct root cause analysis of product and quality issues, develop solutions while working cross-functionally with production, quality, suppliers, and technical support teams to implement improvements.
This role would suit a Design Engineer, with experience in product improvement, looking for a highly technical role with specialist training and long-term career progression.
The Role: - Lead improvements to existing product lines - Conduct root cause analysis of product and quality issues - Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5pm)
The Person: - Design Engineer with background in product improvement - Background in quality/testing - Engineering Degree or equivalent - Commutable to Sittingbourne
