We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team and work within our superb Nursery facilities.
The working pattern will 25 hours per week, all year, and is a fixed term maternity contract.
To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for Early Years education, promoting learning and development at every opportunity, and you must love working outdoors as this is something we encourage at every opportunity. You will be full of imaginative ideas, bringing energy to every task with a patient and positive outlook.
The main duties include:

* Supporting the children in all learning activities and acquisition of skills, including meal and snack times
Supervising a range of play opportunities, observing and assessing development
Providing pastoral care
Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are always adhered to, administering basic first aid (if qualified to do so)
Maintaining effective working relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
