Job Description
We are currently looking for Offshore Filtration & Well Test Operators to join our clients team on an ad hoc basis.
Job Purpose
To support offshore well operations by performing Well Bore Clean Up (WBCU), filtration processes, and fluid analysis. The role involves operating specialist filtration and testing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant well testing and clean-up activities.
Key Responsibilities
•Operate and maintain twin vessel cartridge filtration units and associated fluid transfer equipment.
•Conduct Well Bore Clean Up (WBCU) operations and support transition to well test filtration phases.
•Perform tank cleaning operations using ATC units.
•Assist with well test operations, including displacement to completion brine fluid.
•Carry out oil-in-water analysis using Infracal equipment.
•Operate bench centrifuge equipment for fluid separation and testing.
•Monitor filtration performance and ensure fluid quality meets operational requirements.
•Maintain accurate records of testing results and operational data.
•Ensure all activities comply with offshore safety standards and procedures.
•Participate in routine equipment checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Desired Qualities/Qualifications
•Previous offshore experience in well testing, filtration, or WBCU operations.
•Experience operating filtration and fluid handling equipment.
•Knowledge of oil and water analysis techniques.
•Ability to operate centrifuge and sampling equipment.
•Strong understanding of offshore safety practices and procedures.
•Good problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
•Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET / FOET – preferred)
•Infracal training (required)
•Relevant technical or engineering background (advantageous)
