People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver – Cambuslang to join a major UK home improvement and retail distribution operation based in Cambuslang, Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an FLT Counterbalance Driver offering ongoing full-time work, excellent rates of pay, and long-term stability within a large distribution centre supplying DIY, home improvement and building products across the UK.
Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts
• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• Flexibility to rotate between shifts is essential
Rates of Pay
• £12.21 per hour (day / back shift)
• £18.32 per hour (overtime, where applicable)

Day-to-Day Duties
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock within the warehouse
• Handling large household, DIY, and building products
• Completing manual handling tasks where required
• Carrying out daily FLT safety checks
• Supporting wider warehouse and distribution operations
Essential Skills
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Recent experience as an FLT Counterbalance Driver within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
• Own transport preferred due to site location
Training Provided
• Full site-specific training provided and ongoing support throughout your assignment
