Job Title: Warehouse Team Manager (Any 5 from 7)
Client: Leading FMCG Logistics Provider
Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 Day Working (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) over an 8-week cycle, not alternate (including weekend working typically 1 in 2)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,500 + additional company benefits.
Role Location: Walsall (B43)

Company Overview:
Loom Talent have been exclusively appointed on multiple Warehouse Team Manager (Any 5 from 7) vacancies by a leading FMCG business, due to rapid growth at their largest site in the network, based in the Walsall.
Key Responsibilities:
* People-Centric Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of circa x80 colleagues to reach their full potential. Your focus on the well-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone of success whilst having a continuous improvement mindset.
* Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the Transport distribution arm of the business.
* Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI's, whilst ensuring existing site standardisation.
* Performance Management: Proven experience managing under / over performance, along with experience leading; Probation reviews, return to works, PDP's, Annual Reviews and Disciplinary's.
* TMS Expertise: Utilise your experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency.
* Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.
Key Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate for the Warehouse Team Manager (Any 5 from 7) positions will have the following skills and experiences:
* Have a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential.
* Have experience working within a FMCG background - Advantageous.
* Have a minimum of 3+ years' experience at a Warehouse Supervisor /Warehouse Shift Manager / Warehouse Operations Manager level - Essential.
* Have managed teams beyond 60+ employees / drivers through direct managerial reports - Essential.
* Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential.
* An understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Methodology - Advantageous.
* A working knowledge of WMS systems - Essential.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential.
* Commutable to Walsall, for 5 days per week - Essential.
Salary & Benefits Package:
* Salary - £30,000 to £33,500 (Dependant on experience).
