We’re now looking for a skilled and reliable Static Building Maintenance Engineer to support the day‑to‑day upkeep and safety of Lea Bridge House and Goldings House. About the Role/team This is a hands‑on, varied and highly valued role where you’ll be responsible for delivering a responsive and efficient repairs and maintenance service across both buildings. You’ll carry out routine repairs, void works, compliance checks and health and safety inspections, ensuring our buildings remain safe, compliant and comfortable for residents. You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors and tenants, providing a friendly and professional service while ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. You’ll also support out‑of‑hours emergency repairs when required.
