About the Role
Part-Time Receptionist Opportunity at LCBT College.
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to work Saturdays at LCBT College. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, managing enquiries and directing calls efficiently. You will support daily front desk operations and maintain a welcoming, organised reception area.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently on Saturdays, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and have a professional, approachable manner.

The role requires a minimum commitment on Saturdays, with the possibility of working up to 2.5 days if available. The ideal working pattern will be Monday morning (9am - 12:30pm), Wednesdays (9am - 5.30pm), and Saturdays (9am - 5.30pm).
About You
1. Qualifications: A good general level of education, including Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths. A First Aid Certificate or DSL training is desirable, or a willingness to undertake this training.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or school/college environment.
3. Skills: Strong organisational and time-management abilities to manage a busy front desk effectively. Proficiency with IT systems and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Passion: You will be enthusiastic and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping people. You will consistently represent the college positively and professionally, demonstrating an approachable and professional manner when engaging with students, staff, and visitors.

Salary:
Pro rata of £26, per annum FTE, subject to qualifications and experience
