As a
3.5T Delivery Driver
based in
Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire
you’ll be responsible for: Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to our customer
Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements, providing product recommendations and dealing with customer enquiries
Carrying out vehicle checks, loading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators toilets and sinks
Assisting in the warehouse when back from deliveries early with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:30am - 4:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8am-12pm (paid as overtime).
And here’s what we’d like you to have: Strong customer service/sales/trade counter experience
Previous 3.5T van and multidrop driving is preferred
To be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse to ensure the smooth running of the branch
Full UK Manual Driving Licence essential
