This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing water treatment specialist that values its sales team, offers strong commission, and provides genuine autonomy. The Role Account Manager (Water Treatment) As an Account Manager Water Treatment, you will:
* Manage major spending accounts across the Midlands and M5 corridor
* Service and grow existing water treatment contracts
* Carry out routine on-site testing using a test kit
* Conduct analysis on cooling towers and steam boilers
* Identify and win new business opportunities
* Manage your own diary with full autonomy
* Focus on long-term relationship building rather than rigid KPIs
This role suits a commercially minded water treatment professional who enjoys both account management and technical service work. The Ideal Candidate To be successful as an Account Manager Water Treatment, you will have:
* Proven experience in the Water Treatment industry (essential)
* Background in sales and servicing of cooling towers and/or steam boilers
* Strong account management and business development skills
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships
* Confidence performing routine water treatment testing
* Based in or commutable to Worcester or the wider Midlands / M5 region
