As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Head of Client Experience to lead the delivery of an exceptional end-to-end client journey. This is a newly created senior role reporting to the Commercial Director, designed to combine onboarding, relationship management, and technical integration into one strategic function. You will be responsible for owning and shaping the entire client experience, from onboarding and system integration to long-term relationship management and retention. Acting as a senior escalation point, you will ensure that all client touch points are efficient, responsive, and aligned with commercial outcomes. You will manage and improve internal processes, coordinate with external vendors, and oversee all elements of client support and service delivery. A key part of your role will also include mentoring and managing future hires as the team expands. We are looking for someone with a strong track record in client-facing operations, onboarding, or customer success roles, ideally within recruitment, SaaS, or platform-based services. You’ll need to be a relationship leader who can communicate effectively across technical and commercial teams, with a deep understanding of integrations such as API and XML. You’ll be comfortable working with data, identifying performance trends, and producing actionable insights. Your ability to stay organised, follow through on complex tasks, and take full ownership of challenges will be critical to success. This role can be a combination of hybrid working.
