Client Manager – Accountancy Location: Banbury / Stratford (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + excellent benefits We’re looking for an experienced Client Manager to join a growing accountancy practice, managing a varied portfolio of clients and supporting the wider team. This is an excellent opportunity to combine technical delivery, client contact, and team leadership.What we’re looking for:
* ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 3 years’ practice experience in accounts and tax
* Strong technical knowledge in accounts preparation and review
* Experience reviewing and mentoring junior staff
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Ability to work to deadlines in a client-facing environment
* Must live within commuting distance
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients, providing accounts, tax, and advisory support
* Act as day-to-day contact for clients and respond promptly to queries
* Review work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance
* Identify opportunities for business planning and tax advice
* Support team workflow, development, and supervision
* Ensure compliance deadlines are met
