Tasks:
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
* Arrange travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
* Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.
* Manage LinkedIn and Marketing for CEO.
* Support special projects and initiatives as directed.
* Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
* Ensure the executive is well prepared and informed for meetings and engagements.
* Run errands and manage personal tasks (as required).
* Organise events, meetings, and conferences.
* Maintain an organized filing and office system.
* Liaise with clients, staff, and external contacts on behalf of the CEO.
Attributes:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to travel internationally
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
* Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
