Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Engineering to join them on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership position, responsible for regulatory compliance and technical oversight across the organisation as well as driving improvements in productivity, efficiency, and contributing to broader business growth objectives, including sales support and client relations. Role: Head of Engineering Location: Staffordshire Hours: 40 hours per week, with the expectation that some additional hours may be needed Salary: Discussed Upon Application What you'll be doing: Act as the nominated Head of Maintenance / Chief Engineer in the organisation's CAA-approved structure. Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance activities in accordance with Part M, Part ML, and Part CAO regulations. Ensure regulatory compliance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and EASA standards, and maintain the highest levels of airworthiness and safety. Supervise and lead licensed and unlicensed engineering staff and coordinate daily maintenance schedules. Perform and certify maintenance tasks within the scope of B1 (Mechanical/Airframe) and B2 (Avionics) licenses.
