Job Description: Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are urgently recruiting for a Custom Box Maker to join our fantastic client in West Swindon! The ideal candidates will be responsible for working closely with the custom and production teams, ensuring that the products produced on site have the correct customised box for the distribution process. Each product can be different from the last so this suits someone who enjoys problem solving and working on small projects Ensuring high-quality workmanship and handling with care throughout the process. This is a high end product so working to strict operating procedures is essential. This is a fantastic position, which is offering an immediate start and the potential for a permanent position after a successful trial period! Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Skills Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse setting while managing multiple tasks. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
