EYFS Teaching Assistant – January 2026 Start Location: Bradford Contract: Full-time, long-term Start Date: January 2026 We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bradford this January. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping young children develop confidence, communication skills, and a love of learning. What the role includes: Supporting children aged 3–5 with early literacy, phonics and play-based learning Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities Providing one-to-one and small group support Assisting with observations, assessments and creating a positive learning environment About you: Experience in an EYFS setting or Nursery is highly desirable Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework Warm, patient and proactive approach Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff If you’re passionate about early childhood education and ready to make a meaningful impact from January, we’d love to hear from you.
