The Digital Product Marketing Manager's challenge is to devise and implement strategies to craft web journeys that enhance client awareness, engagement, and acquisition. By leveraging customer insights, the goal is to deliver a meaningful and personalised client experience that boosts consideration, engagement, usage, loyalty, and advocacy across all client segments, ultimately positively impacting the bottom line.
The Role
1. Serve as the direct point of contact for website experiences aligned to strategic business units to support baseline and campaign activity
2. Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement by leading cross-functional team that identifies, designs, develops and deploys digital experiences that surprise and delight our clients through ease, emotion and effectiveness
3. Be a driving force for continuous improvement of our digital properties and experiences
4. Have a deep understanding of our CMS platform and MarTech stack to develop experiences designed to meet both client/user needs and business objectives
