Job Title: Field Service Engineer Talented People Solutions are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing client! This role is covering the Cetral Belt of Scotland it will be field based only. You will predominately be on the road and delivering excellent support to clients and customers in terms of maintenance, repairs and breakdown solutions. This role is offering 45 hour a week contract over 5 days and working 1 Saturday once a month. You wouldn’t be required to travel any further than 2.5 hours generally however, there could be the odd occasion when slightly more is required. Responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer: * Reactive maintenance, repair and breakdown of commercial Coffe, Veding and Bakery equipment * Carry out comprehensive maintenance to customers and aiming to resolve the cause of fault * Complete and provide reports in relation to work and equipment as required, including reporting your arrival and departure from each call and obtaining customer confirmation where required * Manage tooling and van stocks as well as job parts orders appropriately by receipting, consuming or returning for each job * Experience and skills required for the Field Service Engineer: * C&G electrical; qualification/experience * Relevant electrical experience (18th, 17th edition, HNC, NVQ, City & Guilds in electrics would be an advantage) * Experience diagnosing and rep...
