* Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Maintaining accurate care records and contributing to personalised care planning
Where You'll Work
Shakespeare House: Located in Bedford, Shakespeare House is a specialist supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex needs. It offers a safe, spacious, and nurturing environment with 24-hour staffing and access to neighbouring care home facilities. The service promotes independence while ensuring round-the-clock support, and every person is encouraged to live a full, happy life as an active member of the community.

Your Role as a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals with learning disabilities live as independently and happily as possible, offering practical and emotional support while encouraging independence.
Salary: £12.25–£12.45 per hour + Paid Training + Benefits
Hours: Full-time opportunities available for up to 37.5 hours per week
* This role requires you to drive a company/service user’s vehicle. You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
