The Opportunity
We are searching for a Senior Manager / Associate Director to join our Client Advisory Team - our commercial front line.
This is more than a sales role. You'll be:
* Advising senior client executives on their carbon strategies.
* Designing bespoke carbon solutions that make real-world impact.
* Fostering new and lasting relationships with global brands who want to lead in climate action.
* Driving growth in a fast-paced, ambitious start-up where your voice is truly heard.
* Getting stuck into every part of the business including the carbon projects themselves.
* Supporting the evolution of our go-to-market strategy and product design.
About You
* 5-8 years' experience in business development or client advisory.
* Track record in working directly with senior management / C-suite.
* Deep passion for sustainability, with knowledge of carbon markets a plus.
* Familiarity with financial products or services highly advantageous.
* Confident, energetic, innovative - ready to shape solutions and drive results.
