Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of accounts, tax, and advisory services to a varied client portfolio
* Drive business development and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of accountants and support staff
* Ensure technical compliance and maintain high standards of client service
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven experience at a senior management or partner level within practice
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
* Strong technical knowledge across accounts and taxation
* Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
