We're working with KP Snacks on this exciting opportunity. This role, internally known as a Process Lead, will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and eliminating losses on production lines through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The Role
• Analyze machine data and utilize tools like Loss Trees to identify and prioritize production losses
• Lead root cause investigations and coach the team on structured problem-solving techniques
• Implement and sustain process standards and GMP requirements, ensuring consistent process control strategies
• Manage and maintain the integrity of key systems such as MES, Centerline DMS, and Changeover DMS
• Train and coach operators on process knowledge, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement tools
• Lead rapid changeover workshops and drive improvement projects to reduce downtime and improve performance
What You'll Need
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with data and structured tools
• Technical understanding and experience in continuous improvement, process control, or engineering principles
• Excellent coaching and training abilities to build team capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MES or similar systems
• A proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
• Openness to change and a passion for continuous learning and sharing best practice
