My client is seeking a Paralegal or Trainee to join their Property Finace team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in property Fiance who is looking to further develop their career within a busy and dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with case management and ongoing property disputes
* Support solicitors with legal research, document drafting, and client correspondence
* Work on a variety of property-related matters, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal setting
* Assistant for the Commercial Conveyancing Department to support ongoing work and assist in developing future commercial relationships
Requirements
* Experience in Property, ideally Property Finance
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-paced environment
* A keen interest in property law and professional development
