1. Achieve and exceed regional sales targets within the shoulder arthroplasty portfolio.
2. Develop and execute territory and key account plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
3. Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and procurement stakeholders within the NHS and private healthcare sectors.
4. Provide expert clinical and technical support during surgical cases and local training sessions.
5. Identify and develop new business opportunities at local and national levels.
