Women’s First Team Physiotherapist – full‑time role requiring flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Hours: Full‑time with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Deadline: 29th April 2026.
Responsibilities
* Lead the rehabilitation aspect of our physiotherapy services for all Women’s First Team players, and occasionally support the Girls’ Academy.
* Collaborate with the Medical Manager and coaching staff to keep them informed about player availability for matches and training sessions.
* Provide and deliver injury prevention strategies through individual and group sessions.
* Ensure flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for home and away matches.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in strength and conditioning, alongside on‑pitch rehabilitation, with a track record of working with elite or developmental athletes.
* Valid Level 4 pitch‑side first aid qualification, BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or an equivalent degree, membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and registration with the Health Professions Council (HPC).
