Service Delivery Team Leader

Own and manage he lifecycle of the FM service jobs from start to finish. Ensure efficient, effective, and timely delivery by coordinating across teams and supply chain partners while keeping the customer informed throughout.

How will you be the change?

And as a Service Delivery Team Leader with Bellrock you'll do it by

Leadership & People Development

* Be available, visible, and assertive as a team manager and role model.
* Inspire, motivate, and engage the team by promoting a culture of accountability, honesty, and continuous improvement.
* Provide regular coaching, reviews, and structured feedback to drive individual and team growth.

Operational Excellence

* Lead daily team huddles to communicate priorities and flag operational risks.
* Monitor resourcing levels against call volumes, ensuring efficient shift coverage across a 24-hour operation (sickness, holidays, breaks).
* Manage and approve leave requests in alignment with business needs.
* Ensure workflow is evenly distributed and outputs are tracked, measured, and reported to the Account Manager.
* Maintain high service levels by overseeing call queues, adherence, and escalations.
* Manage escalations and high-priority jobs
* Liaising with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
* Reviewing job history, identifying trends, and initiating improvements

Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Detail Oriented, Customer Service Experience, Management Experience, Strong Leadership Skills, Ability to Set and Meet Goals, Results Oriented Behaviour, Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills.

Experience and Competencies

* Experience in facilities management, service operations, or delivery coordination
* Understanding of job lifecycle and SLA management
* Strong organisational and stakeholder skills
* Adherence to processes and procedures
* Understanding how to manage client relationships

Working arrangements
