Customer Support Agent
Preston Office | Monday to Friday, Office Hours | £24,700 per year

More2Life is part of the Key Group of companies, and we help thousands of people every month to confidently release cash from their homes in order to enjoy a better retirement, through a financial product called Equity Release. This is a specific type of lending that is only available to people aged 55 and over and is designed to be with them for life.
We’re looking for Customer Support Agents to join our growing team. Whether it’s helping customers switch to a better mortgage rate or supporting them through important life changes, you’ll be making a real difference every day. And no sales — just outstanding service.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling inbound and outbound customer queries by phone and email
* Supporting customers with administration including repayments, building work, or probate
* Managing your workload in a fast-paced environment
* Delivering exceptional service — we’re proud of our 4.5 Trustpilot rating
What We’re Looking For
* Strong IT skills (Outlook & Word essential; Excel & Adobe a bonus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Customer service experience, ideally phone-based
* Ability to multi-task, stay organised and meet deadlines
* Experience in financial services or mortgages is a plus (not essential)
What You’ll Get
* £24,700 salary
* Office hours only – no evenings or weekends
* 23 days holiday (rising to 28 with service) + bank holidays
