As an Accounts Assistant at Waters, you will be part of the team responsible for the accuracy of costs through invoice postings and payments, and monthly account reconciliations. This is a 9 month fixed-term contract based out of our pioneering R&D facility in Wilmslow. As an Accounts Assistant, you your responsibilities will be: Verification & processing of vendor invoices Vendor queries Vendor statement reconciliations Maintenance of Vendor master accounts Weekly blocked invoice reporting & follow up actions Vendor payments Verification of electronic attachments for SOX & VAT compliance Bank reconciliations Cash allocation Monthly balance sheet reconciliations Weekly cash reporting Monthly GRNI review & follow up Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality system at the sites via adherence to applicable policies and procedures Complete Quality System related actions in a timely manner according to procedures e.g. CAPA, NCR Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
