Role overview Laundry Assistant/ Driver Part time, 16 hours per week, working 2 days over 7 (to include weekends on a rota basis) £12.71 per hour, plus TRONC We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laundry Assistant/Driver. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our laundry facilities. Duties and Responsibilities: * Collect linen from Swinton Park Hotel, Swinton Country Club & Spa and Swinton Bivouac * Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment * Fold, stack, and package laundered items neatly and efficiently * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area * Assist in inventory management and report any shortages or discrepancies * Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines * Deliver clean linens and garments to the appropriate departments * Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials * Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or requests promptly Candidates should: * Have experience in a cleaning environment * Have a valid UK driving license * Be guest focused * Be highly motivated with a can-do attitude * Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members * Focused on providing excellent customer service Package Description At Swinton Estate we take pride in recognising and rewarding the dedication of our team members.
