Technical Support Engineer
Intapp is seeking a Product Support Engineer for our Collaboration and Content product team. The ideal candidate will have experience triaging complex issues for Microsoft technology-based solutions and is comfortable working in a team environment where processes are continually evolving. Previous experience in Legal or Professional Services or Enterprise Content Management is preferred.
What you will do:
1. Manage customer support requests and provide timely and accurate responses.
2. Create, prioritize, track, and update customer issues/features in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
3. Provide training to first/second-line support staff from customer or partner organizations.
4. Participate in ongoing rota to provide cover for our EMEA customers.
5. Provide IT systems support for Collaboration and Content staff.
6. Create and maintain documentation, including near-real-time updates to the Collaboration and Content Knowledge Base.
What you will need:
7. Experience providing technical support and solving issues.
8. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technology stack.
9. Knowledge of IT systems administration tools and best practices.
10. Knowledge of ITIL processes.
11. Experience using a Service Desk platform.
