Job Description:
Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. Location: Belfast. Duration: Permanent. Pay Rate: £26,692 per annum. Hours of work: 30 hours per week.
The role involves coordinating and delivering a range of complementary therapies across RFJs support centres and online to victims and survivors of the conflict, as part of RFJs Health and Wellbeing Programme, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and coping mechanisms. Responsibilities include delivering training and supervision to sessional therapists, ensuring professional standards, maintaining governance and data protection, creating a safe environment, reviewing policies, managing data systems, developing referral systems, liaising with staff, producing reports, monitoring and evaluation, updating informational materials, and maintaining records.
Essential Criteria include relevant qualifications and experience in complementary therapy, project management, trauma understanding, research and reporting, CRM systems experience, NGO governance knowledge, gender harm understanding, CPD in trauma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel.
