Operating from four facilities in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, Finnebrogue supplies major supermarkets with own‑label bacon, sausages, burgers, and vegetarian products, as well as its pioneering Naked range made without nitrites.

Job Purpose
Working closely with the Engineering Team Lead within the Shift Team to ensure that site processing equipment operation is optimised through preventive maintenance work and prioritising any required equipment outage response.
Hours of Work
Continental shift pattern: 12‑hour shifts, two weeks on day shift and two weeks on evening/night shift, on a rotating basis covering Monday to Sunday. Day shift 6am to 6pm. Evening/Night shift 6pm to 6am.
