* Account Management & Relationship Building: Strong ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio, building lasting relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.

* Communication Skills: Professional and clear communication, with the ability to engage customers and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Role Details
We are looking for a motivated and driven Customer Account Manager to join our team at our Coleshill office on a full-time, permanent basis (40 hours per week). This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and has a strong combination of account management, communication, and negotiation skills. As a Customer Account Manager, you'll have access to:
