Job Description
A leading provider of temperature control solutions are seeking an experienced and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to join their team on a full time permanent, based at their office in Bakewell, Derbyshire.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, managing a team of Sales Representatives, and building strong relationships with customers.
As Internal Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing strategies to achieve targets and revenue growth
* Managing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve their target
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers
* Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
* Analysing data and market trends to inform strategies
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including after sales and operations.
* Providing coaching and training to staff to improve their performance
