Job Overview
Utilize your healthcare and customer service skills to assist with blood collection. Responsibilities include transporting and setting up equipment, creating a welcoming environment for donors, and following safety procedures to collect and deliver blood donations to hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
* Connect personally with donors, sharing the impact of their donations.
* Work with teammates to ensure a friendly environment for donors.
* Maintain attention to detail to meet collection goals and safety standards.
* May operate vehicles and set up/take down equipment at donation sites. A minimum height of 60 inches may be required for vehicle operation.
Schedule and Compensation
Schedule: Variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential overnight travel. Schedule is provided 2-3 weeks in advance.
Starting Pay: $19.64/hr
Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Customer service experience and effective communication skills
* Valid driver's license with a good record
* Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for long periods; adaptability to schedule changes; minimum height of 60 inches for vehicle operation
* Basic computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare or phlebotomy experience (e.g., CNA, MA, EMT)
* Leadership experience
