We’re working with a premium interiors brand that’s grown from a boutique startup into a go-to destination for stylish, high-quality homeware. With over two decades of design heritage and a flourishing ecommerce presence, they continue to inspire confident, creative living. Having recently replatformed to Shopify, the brand has had an incredible year of growth and they are showing no signs of slowing down.
This is a broad Ecommerce Manager role where you will optimise performance, drive online growth and shape seamless customer journeys - all while bridging creative brand storytelling with commercial precision. You will report into the Head of Ecommerce and have x2 direct reports (Ecommerce Executives).
This is a 12 month FTC to cover a mat leave, ideally starting end of Nov/start of December!
About the Role:
* Manage trading, content, SEO and on-site merchandising for a high-traffic Shopify Plus site
* Partner cross-functionally on seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotions
* Analyse customer journeys and conversion data to unlock trading opportunities
* Own search & merchandising tools to deliver elevated and personalised online experiences
* Brief technical improvements to Shopify developers and manage site testing
About You:
* Hands on experience working in Ecommerce roles
* Luxury or Premium Retail background (ideal)
* Shopify expert
* Strong knowledge of GA4
* Experience briefing and testing new site functionality with dev team or agency
* Confident leading trading and conversion activity
* Previous team management experience (ideal)
