Engineering Sales Manager - The Role:
As Engineering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a defined territory across the UK and Europe. You will work closely with a range of clients and internal engineering teams, identifying opportunities, understanding technical requirements, and delivering tailored equipment solutions.
Generating new business and developing existing accounts
Visiting customers to understand technical requirements
Preparing detailed quotations and proposals
Managing negotiations and closing capital equipment sales
Acting as the main technical and commercial contact for customers
Working collaboratively with internal engineering teams
Monitoring orders through to delivery
Maintaining strong after-sales relationships
Engineering Sales Manager - The Person:
Formal Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification
Proven experience in capital equipment sales
Strong project management capability
Experience managing a territory
Consultative selling approach
Ability to read engineering drawings
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable managing long xsngvjr sales cycles
