This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to work as the EPR Clinical engagement and ERP design lead.
The Programme is a significant multi-year transformation initiative requiring a strategic, collaborative leader who can operate across complex organisational boundaries. The postholder will ensure successful implementation of the EPR design, transitioning from mobilisation, go live readiness, delivery to optimisation. They will have a sharp focus on clinical safety, stakeholder engagement, and digital maturity.
Fixed terms 2 year secondment as capitally funded programme.
Main duties of the job
· The post holder will work closely with the EPR programme manager and the associated project team (including project managers, technical leads, clinical safety officers, change and training staff) to deliver a modular EPR and associated digital capabilities at the Trust on time and on budget.
· The post holder will engage staff across the Trust, the supplier and other appropriate NHS organisations and external stakeholders to ensure the EPR design and delivery meets the requirements of all stakeholders and delivers the benefits of the business case. This will include working with the divisional leadership teams, clinical directors and operational and clinical teams alongside the digital leadership team such as the CCIOs
· The postholder will develop with the EPR team and key stakeholders a governance model that enables decisions to be made quickly within an agreed framework that provides assurance, and accountability including documentation and audit trails. This includes clarifying roles and responsibilities across stakeholders, and ensuring that programme decisions are informed by clinical, operational, digital and corporate leads.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The post holder will be required to be a member and also a chair of some groups and be required to report and to present into meetings
· The post holder will proactively engage stakeholders as part of planned engagement ad hoc events and also regular engagement activities. In addition, the post holder will be required to respond to and manage stakeholders who may be resistant to using digital and/or the standardisation of process or systems.
· The Postholder will provide a direct link with senior clinical staff and the EPR process.
· The Postholder will work with the EPR supplier, end users and incumbent suppliers to deliver the design the organisation and the engagement that will ensure user adoption. The design process will include attending workshops and structured meetings.

Experience and Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Basic medical degree
2. Experience of designing, building, testing and deploying EPR capabilities within highly complex organisations
3. Recent experience of managing change in both digital and clinical areas
4. FRC (UK) or its recognised equivalent
5. Full and specialist registration (with a licence to practise) with the GMC or be eligible for registration within six months of the interview. • If you trained in the UK, you must also have a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in UK] or be within six months of receiving it by the interview date. • If you trained outside the UK, you must provide evidence that your qualifications are equivalent to the UK CCT. (Equivalence must be confirmed by GMC by date of AAC)
