Planning Administrator: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Planning Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role supports our clients planning department by ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, documentation, and communication across projects.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update project schedules and planning systems
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines for the planning team
* Prepare and distribute reports, minutes, and documentation
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
* Monitor progress and flag potential delays or issues
* Support the team with administrative tasks and data entry
What the client is looking for
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience with planning or project management software is a plus
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Details
* 6 month temporary contract
* £13-£14 per hour
* Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week
