We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative for one of our static sites in Burnham-on-Crouch, CM0.
Working pattern
* Monday to Sunday
* 1 hour per day, working hours to be discussed at interview
* Rates: £12.21 per hour (Mon-Fri), £13.67 per hour (Sat-Sun)
What we are looking for
* Previous experience in a cleaning environment is essential
* IT literate (use of tablet, smartphone apps)
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
Core responsibilities
* Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
* Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops
* Mop floors with wet or damp mops
* Hoover carpeted areas
* Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
* Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
* Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual)
* Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
