Demonstrable experience across a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including:
1. Landlord and tenant disputes, rent arrears recovery, breaches of lease covenants, dilapidations, and possession claims
2. Land and property issues such as easements, boundary disputes, and adverse possession claims
