This is a newly created role baesd in the heart of historic Reading.This is a critical, people-focused role which is primarily centered on theleadership and development of a team of Inside Sales Representatives and a Deputy Team Manager.The position is target-driven and is ultimately responsible for the generation of leads andopportunities for IT and Technology clients, through the first-rate line management of these ISRs.The Team Manager reports to the Operations Director, and works hand-in-glove with the Client Services Team, and Account Director.Role Key ElementsLead, manage, motivate, train, coach and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives and, depending on the team, a Deputy Team ManagerUltimate responsible for the provision of high-quality leads & opportunities and overall responsibility the performance of the team.Supports the Client Services Team in client interaction, including:Providing performance summariesWeekly client callsAttending external client campaign reviewsParticipating in Client training and briefing sessionsProduce Call Guides in line with best practice, and business/client expectationsAttend internal Campaign Kick off meetingsAttend internal campaign reviews and 121s with relevant internal stakeholdersAchieve Campaign Index and KPI targetsContinual performance managementProvide regular 1-2-1's to the team and individual ISRsWork with Resourcing and Training Manager to put ongoing Personal Development Plans in place as necessaryTraining and coaching of Inside Sales Representatives through means of side by side coaching, demonstration, call listening and role playProvide any additional support including campaign, product and sales training as and when requiredConduct Annual Reviews with direct reportsHold daily and weekly performance reviews and updates with the teamMinimum Requirements Ideally educated to Degree level, but must be at least A’Level or equivalent educated, orwith commensurate related work experience Significant Inside Sales experience Previous management experience in a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Time management and strong organisational skills essential Pro-active, can-do attitude and a good sense of humour
