The Role
We would consider part-time (30) or full-time (37.5) hours for this position.
As People Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the delivery of high-quality HR and people services across the organisation. You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, wellbeing, and development, ensuring that our people feel valued, supported, and engaged.
This role also carries line management responsibility for one direct report, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they thrive in their role and contribute effectively to the success of the People team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering proactive HR support and advice across the organisation, ensuring compliance with employment law, Safer Recruitment, CQC, and Investors in People standards.
2. Supporting managers with employee relations, performance, and conduct issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
